Shipping Rates & Exclusions

Shipping Rates

  • $8 flat shipping for up to 3 items

  • $15 flat shipping for 4 or more items

  • Free shipping on orders over $150


Shipping Exclusions

The following are not eligible for free shipping promotions:

  • International shipping

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories

  • Items over 10 lbs

  • MLB, KaiKai Kiki Artwork

  • Hellstar x WWE

We reserve the right to exclude certain items from shipping promotions at our discretion.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow up to 48 hours for the warehouse to process orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

 


 

Tracking & Delivery

When Will I Receive Tracking Information?

Each product page will have a Shipping Section that will list the fulfillment window. You can find it on the right hand side under the product details.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been processed for shipment. Check the product description for estimated shipping and handling times.

  • If you haven't received tracking information within 45 days of placing your order, contact us at support@complex.com.

  • Be sure to check your spam/promotions folder for shipment confirmation emails.


Tracking Hasn't Updated—What Should I Do?

Carriers like USPS and FedEx may experience delays in updating tracking details. If your tracking hasn’t been updated in several days:

  1. Submit a support ticket at support@complex.com, and we’ll follow up with the carrier. You’ll receive a response within 48 hours.

  2. In rare cases, a package may still be in transit even if it hasn’t been scanned at recent stops.

  3. If the package is declared lost, COMPLEX will assist in filing a lost package claim with the carrier.

  4. Lost package claims will typically receive a response within 30 days of filing.

In the case of a Brand Partner denying a request to file a claim, customers can follow up with Customer Service support@complex.com.

Note: The carrier is not guaranteed to respond to lost package claims.


Tracking Says "Delivered," But I Don't Have My Package

If your order is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management.

  • Submitting a lost or stolen package claim with the carrier.

COMPLEX cannot provide replacements, refunds, or accommodations for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

 


 

Address Changes

We cannot guarantee that shipping addresses can be updated after an order is placed.

If you need to update your shipping address:

  • Contact us at support@complex.com, and we’ll attempt to update it with the fulfillment center and carrier.

  • Note: Address changes are not guaranteed, and your order may still ship to the originally entered address.
